Our membership website contains a host of useful information and advice on councils and council procedure. If you cannot find what you need there and your council is an affiliated member of CAPALC, then the Clerk or Chairman of the council may contact our help-desk by completing and submitting the online form in the 'help-desk' tab under 'Members Area'.
If our staff are busy when you call please use the answering service leaving your Name, the name of your Council and a Contact Number so we can return your call.
